We inspect the masonry
We look at the actual job, explain what we're seeing, and give you a written price before anything starts.
We rebuild or repoint
We show up when we said we would, do the work, and leave the place clean. You pay when it's done and you're happy.
Straight answers
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free, and there's no obligation. If we think you don't need the work yet, we'll say so.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're happy to send you a certificate of insurance before we start — just ask.
Can you match my existing brick and mortar?
Usually very closely. Mortar colour matters more than most people expect, and we mix to match.
Is my chimney safe?
We'll tell you straight. Sometimes it's a crown repair, sometimes it's a rebuild — we won't oversell it.
How soon can you get out here?
Usually within a few days, and same-day for emergencies. Call and we'll tell you honestly where we are in the schedule.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Always. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there apart from the work itself.
