Call and tell us what's going on
A real person picks up. We'll ask a few questions and book a time that suits you.
We trace the fault
We look at the actual job, explain what we're seeing, and give you a written price before anything starts.
We do the work
We show up when we said we would, do the work, and leave the place clean. You pay when it's done and you're happy.
Straight answers
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free, and there's no obligation. If we think you don't need the work yet, we'll say so.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're happy to send you a certificate of insurance before we start — just ask.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, on anything that needs one. It matters when you sell the house, and it means the work gets inspected.
Can you add an EV charger to my panel?
Usually. We'll do a load calculation first and tell you honestly if the panel needs upgrading too.
How soon can you get out here?
Usually within a few days, and same-day for emergencies. Call and we'll tell you honestly where we are in the schedule.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Always. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there apart from the work itself.
Something electrical not right?
Call us. Licensed, insured, and we pull the permit so the work is properly signed off.
