Straight answers
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free, and there's no obligation. If we think you don't need the work yet, we'll say so.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're happy to send you a certificate of insurance before we start — just ask.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
We'll tell you on the phone before we come. No fee appears on your bill that you didn't hear about first.
Can you camera the line?
Yes. For recurring blockages it's worth doing — it shows whether it's roots, a belly, or a break.
How soon can you get out here?
Usually within a few days, and same-day for emergencies. Call and we'll tell you honestly where we are in the schedule.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Always. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there apart from the work itself.
Water where it shouldn't be?
Call now. We'll get someone out and give you a real number before we start.
