Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're happy to send you a certificate of insurance before we start — just ask.
Do you handle permits and locates?
Yes. We call in utility locates before anything breaks ground — that part isn't optional.
What if you hit rock or water?
We'll stop and talk to you before doing anything that changes the price. No surprise line items.
How soon can you get out here?
Usually within a few days, and same-day for emergencies. Call and we'll tell you honestly where we are in the schedule.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Always. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there apart from the work itself.
